Product Details

Bichloroacetic Acid is a trademarked name for the chemical Dichloroacetic acid 100%.

Dichloroacetic acid has been packaged with applications, protective gel and small funnels as the "Bichloroacetic Acid" Kit, with refills of the Bichloroacetic Acid alone or with applicator sticks and sold originally by the Kahlenberg Company, later the Watson company, who was bought by the Glendale Company.

Glendale marketed Bichloroacetic Acid under their name in the 1990's. After that, the Glendale company has withdrawn Bichloroacetic Acid from the market, and dichloroacetic acid is no longer available in the branded version "Bichloroacetic Acid".

Delasco has obtained and offers Reagent grade dichloroacetic acid, which has assayed to 99% strength, and makes available in 1 and 2 oz bottles. This is labeled for laboratory use only and Delasco makes no medical claims whatsoever concerning its use.
