Black Tissue Stain
Black tissue stain pictured above in a redwood holder with other tissue stain colors.
They can be used to mark the edges of excised tissue for better microscopic correlation, such as the Moh's procedure. May also be used to mark the bases of multiple lesions when put into the same container. These stains survive formalin fixation and H & E staining.
