| My battery won't hold a charge. What can I do?
Lithium rechargeable batteries can change their internal chemistry if not used or charged for a period of time. If charged periodically, the battery can last between 500 and 600 charge cycles.
Sometimes during shipping, the battery connector comes off and has to be reinserted. If that is the case, the red charge light will come on momentarily and then go off. Try reinserting the battery connector before replacing the battery.
If the red charging light stays on the entire time the battery charges but the battery does not hold the charge, then the battery has gone bad. |
