Diagnostic \ 3Gen DermLite® Pro Troubleshooting The LEDs on my DermLite flicker or don't come on at all sometimes. What should I do? This is a battery contact problem. To fix it, remove the battery cap and battery. At the bottom of the battery cavity, there are two metal contacts. If these are pulled up, they will make better contact with the battery and this problem will be resolved. You may do this yourself or you may send it in for us to do.
