Guarantees
Delasco instruments are guaranteed against defects in workmanship for three years. Defective instruments will be replaced or repaired at Delasco's discretion upon return. This warranty does not cover tungsten carbide inserts that are worn, cracked or chipped, or have been placed in cold sterilizing solution.
Sklar and K-Medic instruments have a lifetime guarantee, except tungsten carbide inserts which are guaranteed for three to five years.
All Miltex instruments are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Any Miltex instrument defective in workmanship or material will either be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Miltex. This guarantee does not cover tungsten carbide inserts that are worn, cracked or chipped, or have been placed in cold sterilizing solution. Miltex liability under this guarantee shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective merchandise.
Returns / Repairs
Any used instrument returned for repair or replacement must be wrapped in an autoclavable pouch and autoclaved. Any instrument returned unwrapped, or in a pouch without proper indication of sterilization, will be returned unprocessed. Click here for full instructions (OSHA requirement).
Instruments must be packaged appropriately for return shipment. Customer is responsible for any damages incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packing. Freight charges apply to all returns and repair work except in the case of a shipping error by Delasco.
Laser Etching Available
Protect your investment. Computer-guided laser etching provides attractive and non-obtrusive personalization of your instruments. Physician or practice names, as well as business artwork are all possibilities for etching. Click here to learn how to have your instruments etched.
Trial Period
All instruments may be examined without risk for 60 days. If the product is not suitable for your use, call us and you may return it for credit. Trial period applies only to unused instruments and is not available for special orders and personalized instruments. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as damages incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging.
