For assistance in preparing consistently flat horizontal frozen sections, especially helpful for insuring a rim of epidermis in all sections from Moh's procedures.
A 25.4mm sponge forceps with two attached 45 x 80 mm copper plates welded to the tips of each arm of the forceps, one plate with a hole in the center to accommodate the stem of the object disc.
Prepare specimen on surface of partially frozen embedding medium on object disc, insert into Miami special, gently clamp, and dip directly in liquid nitrogen.
