Tissue Stains Sets

They can be used to mark the edges of excised tissue for better microscopic correlation, such as the Moh's procedure. May also be used to mark the bases of multiple lesions when put into the same container.
Up to four lesions can be readily identified when using the red/blue/black stain set. (The fourth lesion is left unmarked). Up to six lesions can be identified when using the red/blue/black/green/yellow stain sets (the sixth lesion is left unmarked).
These stains survive formalin fixation and H & E staining. Standard red is 25% mercurochrome. The double strength (50%) is easier to read.
