Light is mounted on transformer to make a handy one-piece mobile unit, for hands-free lamp operation. The lamp features a Cool-Touch™ housing which is connected to the transformer base by an 8 ft cord and can be removed for handheld direction.
Mercury vapor bulb included provides 100 watts of high intensity longwave 365nm illumination and produces brilliant fluorescence with sufficient energy for photopatch testing.
Also can be used to screen urine for porphyrins, to evaluate absorption of atabrine by noting a greenish-yellow fluorescence of nails. Includes two-piece set, 100 Watt mercury vapor bulb.
1-year warranty on unit; 90-day warranty on bulbs and tubes (does not include breakage).
