Dating Labels
Many products may be opened or mixed in an office. Indicates the date opened/mixed and the discard date.
Date Opened/Discard Date
Use to label any multidose vial when opened, and to be reused, such as lidocaine, saline, kenalog, tac-3, etc.
Date Mixed/Discard Date
Use to label any product which requires mixing, and is not good for-ever, such as Bleomycin, diluted glycolic acid, a cantharidin mixture.
