UV photography has become popular in the treatment of the effects of the sun on our skin - especially the face.
Faraghan Medical has created a camera to take both a standard picture and ultraviolet picture on the same sheet of film. It uses Polaroid Type 667 3000 ISO for optimum image results. Each print produces two head shots, approximately 1.5" W x 2.75" H each. The film develops in 45 seconds.
The camera runs on batteries (included and located within the handle) or by using the included AC adapter for more stationary office use.
The camera sits on a base attached to a black, anodized rail with a chin cup on the other end for an automatic fixed focal distance. The rail collapses for easy storage of the camera.
A skin tone identification chart is located on the back of the camera to coordinate the starting exposure point.
The camera will dismount from its base and can be used as a hand-held camera for photography of other body parts besides the face.
Camera, rail and tripod packaged in a sturdy, hard-side carrying case for easy mobility and convenience.
