This video incorporates the latest advances in facial planing and wound healing. To rejuvenate the complete facial unit, a chemical peel is combined with the diamond fraise abrasion.
The ultrapulse CO2 laser is used to assist in lesion vaporization. A polyethylene porous dressing is used to simulate semi-occluded wound healing conditions. The combination of peeling, abrasion and vaporization has improved the results for facial scarring and facial rejuvenation.
