Hand Rejuvenation

The back of the hands are a tell-tale sign which often remain old and sun damaged while the face is rejuvenated.
Dr. Fulton has developed a safe program which starts with preconditioning the skin with the vitamin A/Glycolic conditioning lotions two to three weeks prior to the day of surgery which stimulates new skin cells and speeds the wound healing.
The arms and hands are peeled with a light Jessner/TCA combination peel and then 12-16cc's of fat is infiltrated into the back of the hand. This is then followed with a Krypton laser treatment to cover up unsightly blood vessels and thin atropic skin. The result is a hand that often looks 10-20 years younger.
