Because patients hate needles. Excellent for local anesthesia or for infiltrating steroids into nail matrix areas, or medication into lesions. Penetrates 4-4.5mm with medication wheel diameter of 5-6mm. Injection volume consistently 0.1 ml. May be autoclaved or cold sterilized.
The Madajet XL, a needle-free injector, designed for patient comfort, is a proven means of reducing the fear associated with traditional needle injections.
Jet injection allows for the use of small volumes of anesthetics/steroid while providing profound levels of anesthesia and excellent tissue response. Injects local anesthetics, steroids, and other medicaments with greater ease and virtually no pain. Provides consistent depth of penetration of 4-5 mm below epithelium with an instant 6mm wheel at base of injection.
Due to small volume of anesthetics used by jet injection, tissue distention, or distortion of proximal wound edges is eliminated providing better wound management.
One fill chamber (Item # FILL) holds 1-3 cc of anesthetic solution or medicament.
Only MadaJet XL, with ExtendaTip lengths up to 6.5 inches, can provide local anesthesia by jet injection into all body orifices (oral cavity, cervix, ear, nose, and surgical openings).
Ideal for providing local anesthesia/steroids in treating:- Hypertrophic scars (keloids)

XL has swivel mounted Extenda Tip (allowing injection through a speculum and/or at an angle while holding Madajet upright.
All Madajet XL kits contain a lucite Madajet holder, extra fill chambers, 24oz Madacide with spray, carrying case, wrench and stylet.
All Madajets have a one year limited warranty.
MADA/XL, M7020, M7021 is/are classified as a hazardous material by the US Department of Transportation and incurs hazardous materials charges when shipped by air service within the United States. Domestic air service is only available by UPS and the additional hazardous material handling charge is $35.00. No hazardous material charge is incurred when shipped by ground service. Inquire regarding transportation to any international destination.
