| Isolation Trays
Nonsterile procedures require various instruments and dressings. Placing this on an edge of a permanent counter is non-professional, may lead to an injury or cross-contamination. These trays hold the instruments for small procedures, may be loaded from a central location, and brought to the operating suite, and the contaminated instruments safely transported back on the same tray. The tray, autoclabed between uses, avoids cross-contamination.
Trays are surgical blue, 10 1/2" x 6 3/4", and nest. They are designed to fit our Mino Mayo, which positions the tray at any convenient height and location, and folds out of the way when not in use. They can be sterilized unwrapped for clean procedures or wrapped for sterile procedures.

Care: Should be cleaned and autoclaved between uses. Trays are tested to withstand temperatures of no more than 260 degrees farenheit. Be sure your autoclave is set below 260. If trays touch sides of autoclave chamber, it is possible that areas of the sides may go hotter than 260 degrees before the hit is dissipated to a sensor at another area, and the trays may melt or deform where touching. We suggest avoiding putting anything heavy on the trays during autoclaving, as deformation could occur.
If melting or deformation occurs when trays are not touching the sides, or not being weighted down, this is an indication that the autoclave temperature exceeded 260 degrees. Actual melted trays suggest exposure to a temperature substantially over 260 degrees, and may indicate that the autoclave/sensors/regulators are malfunctioning. This can be a dangerous condition, and it may be prudent to have the autoclaved checked and/or serviced.
NOT FOR USE IN DRY HEAT STERILIZERS
