Detachol Adhesive Remover is a gentle, non-irritating adhesive remover recommended for the removal of dressings, wound closure strips, tapes, tubes, and Mastisol Liquid Adhesive.
Detachol is non-irritating, pleasant smelling, and mild, yet it works effectively to remove adhesive from the skin. It does not sting and can be used on children of all ages. It also removes surgical adhesive residue on surgical equipment. Detatchol does not contain acetone, benzene, chloroform or ether.
Available in 4 oz, 2 oz and 1/2 oz bottles or 2/3 ml breakable vials.
2/3 ml and 1/2 oz bottles (up to 24) are no longer hazardous by air under the limited quantity exemption. All bottle sizes larger than 1 oz are still subject to hazardous material regulations and fees.
DETACHOL, DETA/2 is/are classified as a hazardous material by the US Department of Transportation and incurs hazardous materials charges when shipped by air service within the United States. Domestic air service is only available by UPS and the additional hazardous material handling charge is $35.00. No hazardous material charge is incurred when shipped by ground service. Inquire regarding transportation to any international destination.
