Freezable Products

Delasco offers several products that may be altered or damaged during shipping in cold weather. Air service is recommended for all, and required for some, products listed below during the cold winter months (usually October through March depending on the weather). All products are shipped at the purchaser's own risk.

Delasco is located in the midwest where temperatures drop well below freezing in the winter, so even if you are located in a warmer climate, your shipment will likely be exposed to freezing temperatures in UPS's unheated trucks while in route to you.

Delasco will not replace or credit any product damaged or broken by freezing. We recommend you either plan ahead and order the freezable supplies you think you'll need for the winter in September to avoid air charges and product damage or...join the Polar Club!
