Shipping Information
All Hand/Foot Units are shipped via common carrier. The carrier will deliver directly to your home and is responsible for removing the unit from the truck and taking it through the front door ONLY. Specific package inspection procedures are mailed prior to delivery and must be carefully followed before accepting the package from deliverer.
Prescription Information
HF/UVA, HF/UVB, HF/UVBNB is/are only available by prescription. You will need to mail us the original prescription. For faster delivery, you may fax us the prescription (712-323-1156) first and then mail the original. We can ship your order as soon as we receive the fax or original prescription. All prescription orders require an adult to sign for the package. An additional $4.50 fee will be added to your order total for this service.
