How to Order:
To order online, simply search for a specific item or browse our categories to see what we offer. Select items by clicking on "Add
to Cart." Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click on "Checkout" and you will be prompted for your
address and payment information.
Telephone orders may be placed from 7 am to 5:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Call 1-888-DELASCO (335-2726) or 1-800-831-6273 in the US, PR and Canada, or 1-712-323-3269 internationally. For 24-hour fax ordering, dial l-712-323-1156. Mail your order to Delasco, 608 13th Avenue, Council Bluffs, IA 51501-6401 USA. Email your orders to questions@delasco.com or order on-line at www.delasco.com. No minimum order.

Prescription Items:
If the item you have ordered requires a prescription, it will be indicated on the product page. Orders will be released upon receipt
of your mailed or faxed prescription.
Payment:
Prepayment is required on all orders. Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover), money orders or cashier’s checks (US Funds only) will ensure your order is shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Debit cards are not accepted. Personal checks are accepted but will delay your order by ten days. We also accept payment via PayPal. (You can make the payment to payments@delasco.com.) Orders to be paid by check or PayPal can be placed by phone, mail or email. All bank fees incurred in a credit card dispute will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Return Policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items for return. If an item is defective, please contact us for information.
Warranty:
Please contact us for specific product warranty information. Freight charges to and from Delasco for any warranty repair will be the responsibility of the customer.
Errors:
Shortages or damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If we have made an error in your order, please contact us for instructions.
Damage:
If your order arrives damaged in shipping, to avoid invalidation of the insurance your shipping charge purchased, please save the
original shipping box for inspection. Please contact us for specific instructions.
Sales Tax:
We are authorized to collect sales tax only for the states of Iowa and Nebraska. If you incur a use tax liability from another state or taxing authority as a result of purchases from this website, please remit such tax directly to your taxing authority.
Shipping:
Your shipping and handling charge is only $8.50 for ground UPS service to the contiguous US, with the exception of the Dermalight 80 units and the PH-35 or PH-36 phototherapy lamps, which will incur actual shipping charges. Ground shipping charges are FREE with any order shipping in the contiguous United States with a product total over $60.00. Actual shipping and insurance costs are added for all air shipments, as well as any shipment to AK, HI, PR. Shipping charges will be quoted within one business day of order placement.
Dr. Dan's Cortibalm and Maintenance Lip Balm orders of one or two tubes only may be shipped in a padded envelope via US Mail for only $2.00. This method cannot be insured or tracked so it is shipped at your own risk.
In stock orders placed before 3:00 pm CT will ship the next business day unless you choose air delivery which will ship the same day. In stock orders placed after 3:00 pm CT will ship in two business days.
International Shipping:
Actual shipping and insurance charges are added to all international orders. Shipping options will be quoted within one business day of order placement. Delasco receives a substantial discount from UPS for international express service and passes along that savings to you. We also ship by Postal Express Mail, Insured Air Mail, Surface Mail and freight forwarder. All customs and duties assessed by your country are your responsibility. Please check with appropriate authorities before ordering to be sure that all ordered items are legal for import into your country. Shipments returned by customs will incur shipping costs for both directions.
Hazardous Materials:
Due to US Department of Transportation and UPS regulations, certain items are subject to special hazardous material handling charges. If a product is subject to these charges, it will be indicated on the product page and your shopping cart. Standard shipping charges apply plus Hazardous Material handling fees of $27.50 (ground shipment) or $37.50 (air shipment). Fees are subject to change every February due to UPS rate increases. Hazardous Materials are not allowed in any international shipment.
Prices:
All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice in response to market conditions. Prices on Delasco.com should reflect the most recent updates.
