Bleomycin for injection, USP, is a mixture of cytotoxic glycopeptide antibiotics isolated from a strain of Streptomyces verticillus. Generic. 15 units supplied in a sterile, 1 ml vial.

The Bleomycin for Injection, USP 15 units vial should be reconstituted and dissolved with 1 to 5 ml of Sterile Water for Injection, Sodium Chloride for Injection, 0.9%, USP or Bacteriostatic Water for Injection, USP.

The sterile powder is stable under refrigeration 2° C (36°F) to 8°C (46°F) and should not be used after the expiration date is reached. Bleomycin is stable for 24 hours at room temperature in sodium chloride.

This product is temperature sensitive to hot and extreme cold. This product requires refrigeration immediately upon arrival. During periods of heat or cold, we require this product to be shipped by air service only (Next Day or Second Day) and we do not ship this product over a weekend to further reduce any risk of temperature exposure.
