Ordering Info

How to order:

To order online, simply search for a specific item or browse our categories to see what we offer. Select items by clicking on "Add to Cart." To change the number of items ordered, edit the number in the quantity field then click "Update Cart". (You must click "Update Cart" before checking out or the quantity will not be changed.)

Once you have selected all the items you would like to purchase, click on "Check Out" and you will be prompted for your address and payment information.

Telephone orders may be placed from 7 am to 5:30 pm CST, Monday through Friday. Call 1-888-DELASCO (335-2726) or 1-800-831-6273 in the US, PR and Canada, or 1-712-323-3269 internationally. All New Accounts:

Delasco requires a short application process to set up a new account. Some documentation for verification purposes may be required since many products we offer are restricted for sale to physicians only. These questions and procedures are for your protection and we'll try to complete the process as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your understanding during this processing time. To set up a new account, simply place your order by phone, fax, e-mail or online and a customer service representative will help you complete the application process. All new account applications are subject to approval. Please note that prepayment and a minimum order amount may be required on your first order.

Delasco reserves the right to refuse the sale of certain products regardless of medical license status or verification.

Physicians and Medical Facilities:

A valid medical license for the state where the order is shipping is required. You will be asked to supply the number during the checkout process. Shipping address must match the address listed on the medical license. Verification may require a faxed copy of your license (varies by state). You will be contacted if we need additional verification information. If the physician or facility has multiple addresses, then additional forms of address verification will be requested for alternate shipping addresses.

Physician Assistants, Nurses (ARNP, NP, RN, etc.) and Other Medical Providers:

A valid medical license is required. You will be asked to supply the number in the checkout process. Verification may require a faxed copy of your license (varies by state). You will be contacted if we need additional verification information. Some items may not be available for purchase. All orders must be prepaid and items are non-returnable.

Hospitals and US Government Facilities:

Independent verification will be conducted. If additional information is required, you will be contacted within one business day.

If your country issues medical license numbers, please supply the number during the checkout process. If your country issues medical identification papers, please fax us a copy after placing your order. Independent verification will be conducted. If additional information is required, you will be contacted within one business day.

Pharmacies, Medical Supply Companies or Laboratories:

State wholesale or pharmacy board license required. Please fax us a copy after placing your order. Some items may not be available for purchase. All orders ship at actual freight costs, must be prepaid and items are non-returnable.

Medical Spas:

Many of the products that Delasco sells are restricted by the FDA for sale only to a licensed medical physician. Delasco will not sell or ship any restricted items to medical spas, even if a licensed medical physician is on staff at the medical spa and/or the spa address is listed on the physician's medical license.

Other:

If you are not a licensed physician or an authorized employee making purchases on behalf of a qualified medical facility, then your order will be denied if it contains restricted items. If the items on the order are not restricted for any reason, then you will be allowed to purchase the items at the current patient pricing available on the product. All orders ship at actual freight costs, must be prepaid and items are non-returnable.

Service:

We reserve the right to decline service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

Physicians, Medical Facilities, Hospitals and US Government Facilities:

Prepayment by company check or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover). Debit cards will not be accepted. Accounts with approved open status have net 30 day terms. Interest: 1 1/2% per month will be added to overdue accounts. All bank fees incurred in a credit card dispute will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

International physicians and facilities:

Prepayment required when order will be shipped or taken out of the USA. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), cashier's check (US funds only), and bank wire (additional bank fees may be incurred). Debit cards will not be accepted. All bank fees incurred in a credit card dispute will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pharmacies, Medical Supply Companies, Laboratories, Physician Assistants, Nurses and Others:

Prepayment is required on all orders. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), money orders or cashier's checks (US Funds only) will ensure your order is shipped immediately upon receipt of payment. Debit cards will not be accepted. Personal checks are accepted. All bank fees incurred in a credit card dispute will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Items are non-returnable.

Prices:

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice in response to market conditions. Prices on Delasco.com should reflect the most recent updates. We reserve the right to correct typographical or calculation errors, omissions or inaccuracies including but not limited to pricing, technical or descriptive errors.

Sales Tax:

We are authorized to collect sales tax only for the states of Iowa and Nebraska. If you incur a use tax liability from another state or taxing authority as a result of purchases from this website, please remit such tax directly to your taxing authority.

Shipping Info

Shipping:

Actual shipping and insurance costs for the shipping method of your choice are added for all shipments.

If your order only consists of 1-2 tubes or jars of the following products and is shipping in the United States or Puerto Rico, you will have the option to ship your order via US Mail for FREE.

  • Dr. Dan's Lip Balm (CBALM, JCBALM, NBALM or SPFBALM)
  • Advanced Anti-Itch Stick (DRDAN/IS)

If your order only consists of one of the following product groups and is shipping in the United States or Puerto Rico, you will have the option to ship your order via US Mail for only $4.00.

  • 3-6 tubes or jars, of Dr. Dan's Lip Balm (CBALM, JCBALM, NBALM or SPFBALM) and/or Advanced Anti-Itch Stick (DRDAN/IS)
  • 1 bar of Grandma's Lye Soap (60018)
  • 1-2 tubes of Monkey Balm (MB)
  • 1-2 bars of Grandma's Acne Bar (either 64012 and/or 64112)
  • 1-3 bars of Grandma's Poison Ivy & Oak Bar (67012)
  • 1-7 pairs of Delasco Pressure Earrings

Orders shipped by US Mail are not insured and not traceable, therefore are shipped at your own risk.

In stock orders placed before 3:00 pm CT will ship the same business day. In stock orders placed after 3:00 pm CT will ship the next business day.

Delasco carries certain products that require additional shipping instructions. They are outlined below.

Billing/Shipping Addresses:

We require the shipping address to match the medical license or other form of address verification. If the credit card billing address is different, your order will be delayed while we verify the cardholder, billing address and relation to shipping location.

Freezables:

Shipping on certain items is limited to air service only during the months of October through March and is shipped at the purchaser's own risk. Delasco will not replace or credit any product damaged or broken by freezing. We recommend you plan ahead and order supplies in September to avoid air charges and product damage. During the shipping restriction, if a product is affected, it will be indicated on the product page and in your shopping cart.

Hazardous Materials:

Due to US Department of Transportation and shipping regulations, certain items are subject to special hazardous material handling charges. If a product is subject to these charges, it will be indicated on the product page and your shopping cart. Standard shipping charges apply plus Hazardous Material handling fees of $16.80 (ground shipment) or $93.00 (air shipment) or $146.00 (international - if allowed). Fees subject to change every January due to shipping rate increases (change February to January). Hazardous Materials are not allowed in most international shipments; certain exceptions apply. Contact Delasco for more information. Hazardous materials are not returnable.

Restricted Products:

Many of the products that Delasco sells are restricted by the FDA for sale only to a licensed medical physician. Delasco will not sell or ship any restricted items to medical spas, even if a licensed medical physician is on staff at the medical spa and/or the spa address is listed on the physician's medical license. Delasco will not ship restricted products to home addresses, third party addresses or any other address that cannot be verified as a medical facility.

Delasco reserves the right to refuse the sale of certain products regardless of medical license status or verification.

International Shipping:

Actual shipping and insurance charges are added to all international orders. Shipping options will be quoted within one business day of order placement. Delasco receives a substantial discount from our shipping company for international express service and passes along that savings to you. We also ship by Postal Express Mail, Insured Air Mail and freight forwarder. All customs and duties assessed by your country are your responsibility. Please check with appropriate authorities before ordering to be sure that all ordered items are legal for import into your country. Shipments returned by customs will incur shipping costs for both directions.

Medical Supply Companies, Pharmacies and Laboratories:

Actual shipping and insurance charges are added to all orders. Shipping options will be quoted within one business day of order placement. Delasco receives a substantial discount from our shipping company for international express service and passes along that savings to you.

Special Freight Handling:

Delasco ships large and bulky items by common carrier. Please follow these important steps before accepting delivery of the product. The following information is mailed directly to the customer prior to shipment of the product.

  • Check the product packaging for obvious visible damage or abuse. If there is visible damage when the shipment is received (dents, scratches, parts broken loose, tears or holes in the packaging material, etc.) or the sound of broken glass or hardware is heard from inside, note and record the specific damage information on the freight bill/delivery receipt and have the driver sign all copies. Failure to write and adequately describe external evidence of loss or damage may result in the delivery carrier refusing to honor a damage claim.   • Check the number of packages received. If there is a discrepancy between the number indicated and the number of packages received, note and record the shortage or excess on the shipping papers and have the driver sign all copies. Shipping carriers will not honor claims for losses or missing packages if the customer signs the receipt as complete and did not indicate any shortages.
  • Check the general condition of the product when unpackaged as soon as possible after delivery. Concealed damage may not be evident until the product is unpacked and assembled. When internal concealed damage is found or suspected, immediately contact the carrier's local office and our customer service department at 800-831-6273 or 712-323-3269. Please note: By law you have only 24 hours from time of receipt to notify a carrier of concealed damage.

Backorders:

Delasco will notify you within 1 to 2 business days of any backorders and the estimated length of time to fill that backorder. All backorders for all accounts ship at actual freight cost. Backorder shipping charges can be avoided if the order is held for complete shipment at time of order placement.

Drop Shipments:

All drop shipments incur actual freight charges. When order is placed, you will be notified of the estimated delivery date.

Errors or Damage:

Shortages or damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. If we have made an error in your order, please contact us for instructions. If your order arrives damaged in shipping, to avoid invalidation of the insurance your shipping charge purchased, please save the original shipping box for inspection. Please contact us within 5 days for specific instructions.

Patient Ordering:

Patients may order directly from Delasco by visiting the Consumer Product area of the Delasco web site. They may also contact Delasco to receive a Patient Catalog or order directly.

Return Info

60-Day Return Policy:

Items, other than non-returnable, may be returned for full credit within 60 days of purchase. However, the return policy on certain items are dependent on manufacturers' policies and may incur a restocking fee to return or to cancel an order before shipped (if already ordered from the manufacturer). If cash refund is required, return is subject to 25% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container. Please see "How to Return" below for RGA information.

Non-Returnables:

Any special ordered item (unless defective); any opened or used item; custom prepared products such as chemicals, stains, culture media, acid solutions, and any product subject to possible contamination; makeup; pharmaceuticals; any product requiring refrigeration; hazardous materials; books, opened videos or CD-ROMS; Patient Information Brochures; used or sterilized instruments (except for warranty service); and selected items as indicated on the product page.

How to Return:

Please call (1-800-831-6273) or fax (1-712-323-1156) Delasco to obtain permission for the return and an RGA number before returning any item. Item should be returned in original manufacturer's box, with all parts and instructions, and packed in a separate shipping box. Please use proper packaging to protect against damage and insure the package upon return. Ground service, with insurance, is the recommended return method. Please pack well and include a copy of the invoice along with a reason for return and disposition requested. No returns will be accepted without an RGA number clearly written on the outside of the shipping container.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any items for return after 60 days from the date of purchase. Freight charges are not refundable except in the case of a shipping error by Delasco.

Warranty Service:

Certain items carry a manufacturer's warranty - please contact Delasco for more information on your specific product's warranty. Surgical instrument warranty information can be found here.

All surgical instruments returned to us for warranty or service must be sterilized before shipping (OSHA requirement). Any instrument returned to us without a sealed autoclave packet shown to have been exposed to steam sterilization will not be processed. An attached statement that the instrument has been sterilized by a CDC approved alternative named method will be accepted. While fully warranted, any special ordered or personalized instruments are not returnable.

Tungsten carbide inserts are not warranted against cracking, wear or chipping. Storage in cold sterilization solutions voids all warranties on tungsten carbide instruments. Sterilization with box joint closed voids warranty on box joints. Other devices returned for warranty or service, if exposed to blood or other body fluids, must be decontaminated before shipment (OSHA requirement). If any portion of a device cannot be decontaminated, the potentially contaminated portion must be labeled with a biohazard label (OSHA requirement).

Freight charges to and from Delasco for any warranty repair will be the responsibility of the customer.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Delasco mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Delasco (“Delasco”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Delasco’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Delasco through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Delasco. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18559061494 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Delasco mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number. 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
