Regularly quoted shipping options are based on carriers, shipping location and weights of items in the order. Certain items may require special shipping methods which may vary options for Ground and Expedited methods.
- If the order subtotal is under $250, rates will be calculated by the carrier, shipping location and weight of the items in the order. The different shipping methods for most items will be:
- UPS Standard Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- Other options may be presented for international methods
- If the order total is $250 or more then ground shipping is FREE on domestic orders placed online!
- UPS Ground is FREE on domestic orders placed online
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air
- Other options may be presented for international methods
Other Shipping Information:
- Most in stock orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same day but please refer to your Order Status online for shipping and tracking updates
- IF your order is required by a specific date, we recommend upgrading to an expedited shipping method
- Track your online orders by clicking on My Account (top right of the screen) and click on the order number you wish to track (tracking may take 24 hours to update)
- Delasco will notify customer within 2 business days of any backorders and the estimated length of time to fill that backorder. Backordered quantities of stocked (non special order) products ship free.
- Shipping options presented at checkout may be limited, based on the following product attributes, for items in your shopping cart:
- Freezable:
Shipping on freezable items is limited to 2-day or next-day air services only, during the months of October through March. During the shipping restriction, if a product is affected, it will be indicated on the product page and in your shopping cart.
- Hazardous Materials:
Air and/or Ground shipping restrictions may apply. Air or Ground shipping surcharge may apply. If a product is affected, it will be indicated on the product page and in your shopping cart.
- Refrigeration Required:
Shipping on temperature sensitive items is limited to next-day air services only. If a product is affected, it will be indicated on the product page and in your shopping cart.
International Shipping:
- International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping service level, the number of items being purchased, the weight of the items and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated during checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.
- Items that are restricted from international shipping include:
- It is the customer's responsibility to pay any import duties or customs fees. There is always the chance that customs duties will be charged to international orders when your shipment arrives in country. We are not able to predict or stop these fees.
- Orders returned to Delasco for non-payment of customs or import duty fees will incur a 20% restocking fee.
