Big News: Our New Website Launches Tuesday, October 7

We are excited to announce that a brand-new Delasco website is launching next Tuesday, October 7. This update was designed with you and your practice in mind, making it easier than ever to shop, learn, and manage your account.
Here is everything you need to know about the transition.
Why are we launching a new site?
Our current platform has served us well, but it was limited in how it could grow with our customers’ needs. The new Delasco website is built on a modern system that allows us to deliver a smoother, more reliable, and more flexible experience. The new website includes:
- Improved navigation and product search
- Clearer categories and product details
- Easier account management
- Fresh resources to support your practice
How do I log in?
You will use the same email address you currently use to log in. You will no longer need a password. Instead, a one-time passcode (OTP) will be sent to your email each time you log in.
Note: If you no longer have access to the email on your account, please contact Customer Service to update your information.
What happens to my order history?
All new orders placed after launch will be available in your online account. For past order history, please reach out to Customer Service, and we will provide the details you need.
Will my pricing change?
If you are a Preferred Customer or have special pricing arrangements, your account will continue to reflect your correct pricing once you log in.
Will my shopping lists be available?
Not immediately. Shopping lists will not be available at launch, but we are planning to add this feature soon after.
How will this affect ordering?
You can continue to shop as normal. On October 7, the old site will redirect to the new one, and all ordering will happen on the updated platform.
