Dermatophyte Test Media. Shatter-resistant polycarbonate vials with wide mouth opening for for easy inoculation. Antibiotics suppress bacterial growth. Turns red with growth of dermatophytes. No color changes with growth of saprophytes. 10 ml tube with 7.5 ml media on the slant. Box of 20.
DTM does not require a SDS due to it either being inherently non-toxic or is non-toxic in the form, concentration or quantity supplied.
Important Note: Fungal Culture Media is perishable and as such, needs to be carefully inspected upon arrival as reports of any contamination must be made within 10 days of receipt. Freezing renders the product unusable and we recommend shipping media by air during the winter months.
