CNH Ear Protector
The concept and design work well. It seems it would accommodate a wide range of head and ear sizes and shapes. However, both the strap and the 'donut' are made from very stiff, hard materials, making them so uncomfortable for me that I can't spend more than 15 minutes or so lying on the side that is affected. A thin layer of some sort of cushioning on the surface of the 'donut' that is next to the head would make this a 5 start product.
I could have made this for $5.00. I paid just under $40.00 with $14.00 shipping plus taxes. Plus, it is uncomfortable.
I am a side sleeper. This product has enabled me to sleep on my side and allowed my ear to heal. I stopped using the strap that came with it almost immediately. When I'm in a comfortable position, I just lift my head and place it under my ear. During the night when I turn to the other side, I move it under the other ear that's against the pillow. Strange as this sounds, it works for me!
Need one with a smaller hole. Do you have a child’s size?
Adhesive on the Velcro failed on the second night. Only three attachment points remain. Only way to use it now is in an uncomfortable strap configuration.
Works good but ear protector could be foam rubber or other softer material
I would definitely recommend this product.
