Includes 12 each: Iris scissors (DS-8), needle holder (DNH-1), Adson forceps (DF-4) and 5-¼ × 10 self seal transparent autoclavable pouches.

This kit is supplied non sterile so the physician can include other items of their choice in the kit prior to autoclaving.

NOTE: This kit does not include a biopsy punch, see DK-2PK.
