Position Overview

We are looking for an Esthetician Sales Representative to identify and promote our skin care and chemical peel solutions. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.  This position involves 20% field sales work in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.  To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. This Role Will Be Responsible For… 
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Communicates Delasco value proposition & client benefits, clearly articulating brand advantages in the competitive landscape to enable Delanco’s position as the preferred vendor.
• Creates weekly strategic action plans identifying specific targets including new customer development and follow-up sales activities for open opportunities.
• Conducts research using internal tools to craft the appropriate probing questions for the sales calls to identify customers’ potential needs or issues.
• Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments and industry information.
• Researches, prepares and presents cost analysis reviews. 
• Achieves required daily / weekly sales activity expectations as provided by Inside Sales Director (i.e. 30 calls/day.)
• Identifies and resolves customer concerns to retain and grow Delasco business.
• Local travel – 20%


The Idea of a Perfect Candidate Is Someone With… 
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must have reliable vehicle for local travel
• Fluently speak, read, and write English.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents, technical procedures, and policy instructions.
• Demonstrated customer problem solving skills.
• Skilled in use of computer and software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong experience with CRM systems, specifically Dynamics CRM or ability to learn same.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales selling multiple products
