Delasco is committed to your satisfaction.
Products that do not meet expected quality standards can be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.
Product shipped in error can be returned for refund within 5 days of receipt if product is in original packaging.
Products ordered in error or in excess can be returned for credit as follows:
- Products in original packaging and in resalable condition will receive full credit if requested within 30 days of receipt. A return shipping fee will apply.
- Products that are non-stock in original packaging and in resalable condition will receive product credit less restocking fee of 25% if requested within 30 days of receipt. A return shipping fee will apply.
- Products no longer in resalable condition due to use, defaced packaging, or damage caused by improper packaging for safe return are not eligible for return or credit.
- Dangerous goods, pharmaceuticals, and special order products are not eligible for return or credit.

All returned products must be in original packaging and in resalable condition, unless products are not in original condition due to the fault of Delasco or the goods manufacturer.
Products with defects covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. A return shipping fee applies.
