| Q. How do I find a product on the site? |
A. You don’t need to register to browse around the Delasco site!
There are many ways to find what you’re looking for, but one of the easiest is our Search function.
You may search by item number, keyword or brand name.
You may also Browse through our list of categories on the left hand column.
The products in each category are organized in an outline format.
Click on the colored text to take you to a product listing or page.

| Q. How do I place an order? |
A. Search for products by using the Search box at the top of the left hand column or browse around the site to find the products you’d like to buy.
On every product page there is an Add to Cart button next to each item number.
Click on that button to add the item to your cart.
If the prices and Add to Cart buttons don’t appear on the product pages,
you’ll need to log-in or register. Click on the "Log-in" button to the right of the product descriptions to get to the log-in and registration page. Only licensed physicians and authorized healthcare
professionals are allowed to see pricing and order from the Physician Catalog.
If you would like to order more than one copy of an item, you can increase the quantity ordered when you reach the checkout.
Simply change the number in the Quantity Field and then select Update Cart. At any time during your visit, you can
review the contents of your basket by clicking on the Shopping Cart tab at the top of the site.
Once you have added all the products you’d like to purchase, click Check Out.
If you have ordered online from Delasco before, enter your email address and password.
If you haven’t ordered online from Delasco before, please enter your billing address, your shipping address (if it’s different than your billing address),
your contact information, a purchase order if you have one and any additional comments.
Please verify that all the information is correct before submitting your order.

| Q. How do I pay? |
A. We accept payment by credit card, check and PayPal. If you are a physician (or you are ordering for a physician’s office)
and you have an existing account at Delasco, you may also choose to bill your account.
Assuming all the items you ordered are in stock, credit card and Delasco account orders will be shipped the same or next business day. Check orders will be shipped two weeks after we receive the check.
PayPal orders will be shipped after the funds have cleared (usually 4 business days).
PayPal payments should be sent to payments@delasco.com.
Please include your web order number in the note section of your payment.

| Q. What is my password? |
A. You may choose your own password. It is a combination of letters or numbers that is at least six characters long.

| Q. What should I do if I forget my password? |
A. If you forget your password, click here and enter the email address you used to register. You may then either display your hint (if you chose one when you registered) or have your password emailed to you.
For security reasons, your password cannot be sent to any other email address.

| Q. How much does shipping cost? |
A. You will select the shipping method you prefer during check out.
You may choose standard UPS ground shipping which will cost $7.00 regardless of your order
amount. Some products are always charged actual shipping costs because of their size or
weight. This will be noted on the product page.
You may also choose expedited air options and we will contact you with those exact charges.
Certain products are also considered hazardous materials and an additional UPS Haz Mat fee applies. (This will be noted on the product page.) The charge is $25.00
for ground shipments and $35.00 for air shipments. See Terms for more information.

| Q. Why can't I see prices or order any products? |
A. We allow everyone limited access to the Physician Catalog. If you are a licensed physician or authorized healthcare professional and would
like to see product prices and/or order on the web site, you’ll need to log-in or register. We will ask for your medical license number or the medical license number of your supervising physician to
ensure that you are authorized to purchase from us. Your privacy is extremely important. This information will not be sold or shared with anyone outside of Delasco.
If you are shopping for your own personal skin care needs and are not a licensed physician, please visit our Consumer Catalog.

| Q. What does it mean when a product is Special Order/Non-Returnable? |
A. A special order item is not one we normally stock. We will gladly order it for you, but you will not be able to cancel your order once the product has been ordered.
We will also not accept special order products for return.

| Q. What is required to be able to order from the Physician Catalog? |
A. Physicians and Medical Facilities:
A valid medical license is required. You will be asked to supply the number in the checkout process. Verification may require a faxed copy of your license (varies by state).
You will be contacted if we need additional verification information.
Hospitals and US Government Facilities:
Independent verification will be conducted. If additional information is required, you will be contacted within one business day.
International physicians and facilities:
If your country issues medical license numbers, please supply the number during the checkout process. If your country issues medical
identification papers, please fax us a copy after placing your order. Independent verification
will be conducted. If additional information is required, you will be contacted within one
business day.
Pharmacies:
State wholesale or pharmacy board license required. Please fax us a copy after placing your order.

| Q. How do I get from the Physician Catalog to the Consumer Catalog? |
A. The Delasco web site is divided into two catalogs. One is the Physician Catalog for physicians & healthcare professionals. The other is the Consumer Catalog for the personal use of patients & consumers. In order to go from one catalog to the other click on the Delasco logo in the top left hand corner of any page. That will take
you back to the Delasco Introduction page where you may chose the catalog you’d like to visit.
